1. Login Process

Step 1: Connect to the Heineken Network
Ensure you are connected to the Heineken network using your Heineken/Heiway ID.
Step 2: Sign In
In the Dev Portal Look for the "Sign in" button located at the top right corner of the screen.
Click on the "Sign in" button.
Step 3: Instant Login
You will be automatically logged into the portal using the Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanism.

2. API Subscription Process:

  • In the dashboard, click on Subscribe icon.

  • Select the API Product that you want to subscribe to.

  • Click on Subscribe.

  • You will be taken to the Create Subscription Screen.

  • Fill in the requested details.

  • In the Create Subscription screen ,

  • Name - Mention the subscription name.

  • Description - Mention the need for your subscription.

  • Cost Center - Enter the cost center to which this subscription must be charged to.

  • In the radio button ,

  • Select Me - If you are the budget owner and your details will be auto populated.

  • Select Other - Incase you are not the budget owner for this subscription and enter the budget owner details.

  • Budget Owner Name & email - Name & email of the budget owner who provides budget to this subscription.(Should be a Heineken Member)

  • In the next Screen - Price Plan ,

  • Pricing Model is default plan.

  • Note : For Non prod environments ,

  • With the default plan , you can make maximum of 2000 calls/day and burst limit is 20 calls/second.

  • For Prod environment ,

  • With the default plan , you can make maximum of 1000000 calls/day and burst limit is 20 calls/second.

  • Click Next to view the Subscription Summary.

  • Verify your subscription details and click on Subscribe.

  • Your subscription request will be submitted for approval.

  • You can view the status of your subscriptions in Profile Section.
